Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

We are seeking a Research Manager to manage day-to-day responsibilities of Omnitel, weekly phone omnibus and other related omnibus services that the group provides.

Experience & Skill Responsibilities:

  • Provide the day-to-day management of research projects.
  • Ensure quality of data.
  • Assist the project team throughout research projects, from design to report analysis and production.
  • Test quality of data collection and sample screening instruments.
  • Edit questionnaire/survey items.
  • Monitor study performance in terms of schedule, quality and costs.
  • Prepare reports and presentations to communicate the study findings to the client.
  • Monitor data collection procedures/instruments.
  • Plan simple statistical analyses (for example, frequencies, means).
  • Write questionnaire/survey items.
  • Communicate study progress to account executive.
  • Well versed with questionnaire design, CATI programming testing and computer tab checking.
  • MS WORD and MS Excel knowledge required.
  • ASCII or SPSS knowledge a plus, but not essential.
  • Familiarity of Omnibus helpful but not required.
  • Good organizational skills a must.
  • Must be able to work in fast paced environment.

Education:

Bachelor’s Degree with a concentration in social sciences, business, or marketing. Minimum 2- 3 years market research supplier background.  Broad general knowledge of all industry sectors.
