This position is responsible for providing effective and efficient task execution in the area of data processing. Responsibility for the clean data file and the generation of the tables or final deliverable to the researcher is their prime responsibility. This includes ensuring that jobs assigned are executed within study time lines and budget parameters, as well as company quality standards.
Assist in the analysis and reconciliation of all tax related P&L and balance sheet accounts including current and deferred income tax expense, income taxes payable and receivable, and long term and short term deferred tax assets and liabilities.
Our ideal candidate is a research professional who possesses extensive experience conducting qualitative research. Specifically experienced at research design consultation, project management, interviewing/moderating, analysis, report writing and presentation skills.
This position manages the design, development and implementation of the compensation component of total rewards programs for the Company, including base, variable and long-term incentive.
The Senior Research Director will be responsible for a number of large clients for the group. You will be expected to manage the P&L in support of the division’s revenue goals. This role includes not only new business development, but also helping to set mystery shopping strategy in the United States and growing the business. Strength in analysis and reporting, ability to inspire trust in key clients and ability to lead dynamic teams are key criteria for success.
The Research Director works closely with the Senior Research Director and Account Management to deliver excellent study design, implementation, and analysis in order to meet client needs. The objective of the Research Director is to effectively lead all assigned studies in order to deliver them on time and on budget. The Research Director also assists Account Management in the preparation of proposals for clients.
The Research Director works in all areas of day to day client management with specific accounts-telephone, written and face-to-face. Also, handles all aspects of project direction including study design, questionnaire design, project management, analysis, and client reporting.
This position can work from any home office or company location in North America. In this position, you will be responsible for new business development in support of the company’s revenue goals.
