Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

This is an entry level position responsible for learning and developing skills and executing tasks in the area of online (internet) data collection.  This position is responsible for all aspects of data collection on assigned studies to ensure they are executed on schedule and within the budget parameters.  

This position requires working autonomously and in a team environment to successfully meet study specific and departmental objectives.  The ideal candidate will be detail oriented and inquisitive with a strong orientation to process and customer service. 

Manages online (internet) data collection to ensure research objectives are met.  Responsibilities include:

  • Collaborate with various operations and research staff to successfully create and execute the online data collection plan.
  • Coordinate with various online panel vendors to meet project schedules.
  • Monitor project performance against budgets, schedules, and established quality metrics.
  • Help troubleshoot problems that occur during data collection and keep research partner informed.
  • Prepare data collection reports and communicate project status to research partners.
  • Organize and archive documentation and project communications to ensure accurate historical record.
  • Provide feedback on sample plans and vendor performance.
  • Generate process improvement ideas.

Experience & Skill Responsibilities:

Education:

BA/BS degree
