Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Work on assigned studies following specifications and established standards to meet online data collection needs of the respective study.  Specific study work includes:

  • Working with Account Managers, Business Sectors, outside field agencies, and sampling statisticians to insure study specifications will be met for all assigned studies.
  • Provide project management support to all assigned studies to ensure project  objectives are met 
  • Perform study tasks that include sample preparation, sample management table creation and maintenance, quota management, survey compilations, sample invitation creation and deployment, monitor field (progress, incidence, timeline, and response rates), reports, and SPSS data preparation.
  • Troubleshoot and fire-fight issues with appropriate urgency and negotiation necessary changes required with the rest of the project team.
  • Informs the Director of project's progress and problems.
  • Organizes and documents all project communications in common folder.
  • Monitors project budgets, quality and timelines.

Experience and Skill Responsibilities:

  • 7 years related work experience marketing research or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Must possess excellent communication skills.
  • People interaction: Must be able to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Will need an appreciation of computer systems and process management.
  • Strong attention to details and problem solving skills.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree (BSEE, BSCS, BSCE) from a four-year college or university,  7 years of related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
