Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

The Consultant will provide senior-level analytical consulting to clients, manage client portfolio (including renewals), as well as prepare and present client analytical reports. The Consultant will increase client sales by initiating marketing of GfK Roper consulting products and services to clients and manage the analytical team.

Experience & Skill Responsibilities:

  • Ability to read and interpret data tabs
  • Ability to provide full analysis for clients
  • Strong interpersonal, communication skills
  • Strong senior-level marketing research skills
  • Strong sector/category expertise for at least 1 sector
  • Experience/interest in specific geographic region and/or demographic group
  • Strong presentation skills (both in-person and via telephone)
  • Ability to manage client and project budgets
  • Ability to provide integrated analysis and "consulting" work for clients
  • Manager/Supervisory skills
  • Ability to lead client and team meetings
  • 7+ years of experience in market research or equivalent academic or business experience
  • Experience within Hispanic market and/or Latin American consumer expertise

Education:

BA/BS degree

Concentration is social sciences, business, or marketing

Knowledge of client industry, syndicated research, or client account management
